The Awesome One

The Miz’s mouth is the reason duct tape was invented – and even that won’t do the trick.

First introduced to TV audiences as one of the seven strangers on “The Real World: Back to New York,” The Miz parlayed his reality TV fame into a legitimate WWE career.

And, for those who think he’s a fluke, just ask him. He’ll tell you he’s not … and he’s right.

Miz’s first taste of WWE cred came alongside John Morrison, as the duo won the WWE Tag Team Championship and the attention of WWE fans on their WWE.com web series, “The Dirt Sheet."Read More

Miz TV starts the show, and Miz welcomes Randy Orton and Sheamus and asks them who their new partner will be. Orton says Big Show helped them and that’s his choice, and Sheamus says he doesn’t trust him but he agrees with him. Orton says he’d rather have the giant on his side instead of fighting him, then Big Show comes out to share his thoughts. Miz says he knows about not trusting Show, but Show says his opinion doesn’t matter and he should just sit there and shut up. Show says they don’t have to like each other, and if they work together, there’s no one that can stop them, even The Shield. Sheamus says they have beat the hell out of each other several times, and he’s a great opponent but he’s also devious and he needs to know he can trust him. All four men start to argue about trusting each other, then Booker T comes out and says he too needs to know if they can get along. Booker says they will get an answer tonight, because the three of them will team up in a six man main event tag match.

Antonio Cesaro vs The Miz

Cesaro knees Miz in the face and gets a near fall, then he applies a three-quarters facelock but Miz breaks it and whips him into the ropes. Cesaro tries to stop him but Miz knees him and hits a corner clothesline, then he follows up with a clothesline before applying the Figure Four and he gets Cesaro to tap out. Miz talks trash to Wade Barrett (at commentary) and puts Cesaro back in the Figure Four, then Wade stands up and raises his title in the air before leaving as Miz dares him to get in the ring.

Winner – The Miz
